With your permission, we collect your approximate location (city/region level) to access weather and humidity data for personalized recommendations. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Usage Data

Features used, session duration, app performance data, and crash reports.

Device Information

Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide the App's features; analyze photos using AI for curl analysis; provide personalized recommendations based on your profile and local weather; track your hair care progress; process subscriptions; send push notifications (with consent); improve the App; respond to inquiries; comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing and Photo Analysis

Photos are processed using third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini). Photos may be temporarily stored during analysis. We do not use your photos to train AI models. AI-generated results are for informational purposes only.

We may share your information with: service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics); Apple for subscription management; law enforcement if required by law; third parties in connection with a merger or acquisition.
